Executive Chef and Owner Evan Engelstein, born in Florida and raised in Massachusetts, has always been passionate about crafting unforgettable culinary experiences. After earning a degree in Culinary Arts from Wake Technical Community College, Chef Evan sharpened his skills under the mentorship of some of Raleigh’s most esteemed chefs. These experiences shaped his commitment to excellence, creativity, and fostering strong ties within the local community.
